Each class is designed to support recovery of the shoulders, back, hips, lower body and/or total body on-demand for the days you can't attend a class in-person. Each video guides you through myofascial release techniques using a foam roller and myofascial release balls, gentle stretches and breathwork to address any soreness, tightness or tenderness resulting from your exercise regimen. You can choose from a variety of classes based on what your body needs.
